Jumpin' Joe's offers group rates to pre-arranged parties of 15 people or
more.
What are the Group Rates?
To qualify for the special group rates, your group must have at least 15
individuals, and you must make your reservation at least one week in advance. This rate is applicable to Boy and Girl Scouts, family functions, day cares, bus
groups, reunions, etc. For $15.00 per person, your group can play unlimited on
all of our attractions for 3 hours! This includes the
Kidz City, Laser Tag,
Mini Golf, Jumbo Boxing,
Rookie and Adult Go-Karts.
How are Group Visits Scheduled?
Please call Jumpin' Joe's Family Fun Center at least one week
prior to your requested date and speak with a manager. If your date
is available, please give an approximate head count and make payment
arrangements then. A 25% deposit is required when your group's visit is
scheduled. This is 25% of the wristband cost only -- not the pizza or snack bar
purchases. When arriving at Jumpin' Joe's, your group must pay the remaining
balance with a single check or credit card.
Do we have to Schedule in Advance?
Yes, if you would like to receive the special group rate. Scheduling and making
payment arrangements in advance will save you money and help prevent long delays
at the ticket counter.
How old do you have to be?
Jumpin' Joe's does not have an age limit, however, we go by height. You must be
58" tall to play Laser Tag and drive the adult Go-Karts by yourself. Anyone from
36"-57" can drive the Rookie Karts themselves or ride as a passenger with a
licensed driver in our adult double-seated Go-Karts. You must be 36" tall
to participate in Jumbo Boxing. There is no height
requirement for our Kidz City or Miniature Golf Courses. We do want to remind
everyone that socks are required for Kidz City and Jumbo Boxing. We do have them available for
purchase!

What if we Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
In case of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the decision to cancel
your trip is up to you. Our outside attractions will not be open during
inclement weather. If you decide to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible
or by 10:00 AM the morning of your visit. You may reschedule at that time. Please be aware that no refunds will be given. We must plan your visit on the
number of guests you reserve for. Unfortunately, if some members of your group
are unable to attend, we will not be able to issue a refund.
